We've decide to start looking
at conservatories. We only really have space and funds for a small conservatory,
which will mostly be used for somewhere to put the cats at night. Cats
are great, but they bring all sorts of dead (and sometimes not so dead)
'things' into the house, which sometimes go days before being found (nice!).
We've had a look around at
a few places and have arranged for a guy from B&Q to come and have a look
at our plot and give us the low down and what's possible and at what cost.
We're after something about
2x3 meters (6.5ft x 10ft) and are limited to the 'lean to' type, as we've
got a chalet style house which has an overhang roof, coming down low enough
to prevent us having an Edwardian or Georgian style conservatory. The
Competition We checked out the local rag for deals as well as the local
Wicks superstore and Argos. B&Q have a great deal on at the moment though
and we've also got an extra 10% off, so it looks like B&Q are the front
runners
